Richter always liked his piano a little bit untuned.. That why you think that is not C minor.. You can understand that in some of his studio recordings too.. His piano is obviously untuned! Masters strange fancies..:)

It's an old recording and the piano is also an old model (ofc)and that's why it sounds different, it's the same tone though, if you look hard you'll see where his hands are moving and figure it out :)
