It is a good exercise for the body , but we use to call this kind of music and dance axe in Brasil, not samba and it is very comon in Bahia, a state in the northeast of Brasil. But they do a good work with the exercise...

I saw this on tv and tried calling in. It's an automated ordering line. I'm afraid they'll charge S&H for every tape/package. For anyone who's ordered, how was it??

I think this is a very good video but the people in it are naturally thin. They all have small body types. Most people wont be able to get that small because of how their bodies are build and its a low impact work out. It does look like a lil fun tho.

i got the starter pack but its the old one cuz it doesnt have this part. but im loving it so far. and i like the stomach background cuz i can tell if you have to go back or front. its a good tool.
