If you're talking about the tune , then maybe. The song itself is 100% made up, and it's not really hard to tell with lyrics about the "missionaire" position, up there only to make it rhymes with "populaire". The lyrics are supposed to match the ambulance theme, but there is absolutely no such song in french folklore. Still, it's a funny one.
