Visually, a little bit. Otherwise, not at all. The special effects are better. The characters are better. The music is better. The PLOT is better. AND, first of all, it was basically made way before PR, the kamen rider series started in 1971, PR only started in the 90's and was based on a japanese show made by the same company who did kamen rider and started in 1975. It's names super sentaï and it's still going on, only to be ripped off each year by it's american "counterpart".
