yeah its also its a retarded workout becauase you cant do it more than 2-3 times a week without overtraining and you cant do any other workouts because it is a whole body workout

it took me 45minutes to do that.... HARD AS SHIT! i want to be able able to do that in 35 minutes by 2 months!

no you are right this workout isnt meant for out of shape people id say you need to be physically active for atleast 1-2 months solid before aptempting something like this..and my class was we were doing cardio training weight lifting and super set techniques for almost two months 3 times a week before we did the 300 workout

i did this workout for 2 months with my super fitness class. hard ass work takes the average person about 20-40 minutes depending on the shape they are in. but no matter how big or strong u are believe me the 300 workout is deadly to everyone but pays u off great with health and physique

Fucking hardcore. I remember doing dumb stuff like this at the gym except we called it "Red Dawn" training. It was horrible and almost got us barred from the gym.

No, actually this is bullshit. I'm sure most of these exercises were in the actors' routines, but there is no one "real" 300 Workout. The trainers had slightly different tailored regiments for each actor that they modified as they went.

your not very big are you, maybe cos the training programme isnt actually a training program its to test gains in strength and in fitness after actually training

christ your are all dumbasses. this wasnt the workout they followed every training session, this was their final crucible workout testing how much stronger they got over the course of training. I feel bad for your central nervous system if you actually perform this workout multiple times per week, that is asking for overtraining and injury. and all this talk about toning is all crap, eat cleaner and bodyfat drops. too many stupid people and nobody to eat them

i superset with each muscle group with 3 exercises and do it 3 times, on top of that i run for 12 minutes burning 200+ calories then 4 exercise supersets for 1 set and I do 4 sets of that...sad to say I am not ripped, am i cursed or something??
