160 for medium? About 20 degrees too much for my version. Cook to 140, remove from the fire and foil for 10 minutes. Carryover will finish the meat and the juices will collect in the foil for sauce, dipping, etc.

BOOOOOOOOO!!!!! simply is the best way. dont do to much with it. just salt and pepper. you want meat not that shitty sauce that someone else made for you. damn woman learn how to cook like a pro.
