This really works!..I've been doing just this for about a month and my abs are so tight now. its great. It really slims your waist down too..but don't do it too much..I think I pulled a muscle doing it every day. Definately burns fat though.

as your abs get stronger you will feel it more as they build more muscle. You've got to build that initial muscle though to burn the fat. Keep going!

I lost 80 pounds doing taebo and have kept it off for over 5 years. This stuff really works.

I have 12 different Billy Blanks DVD's. I switch them around on different days. The "Ultimate Tae-Bo" really kicks my ass! Did I read your comment right? You lost 86 pounds since August, or were you on your way to losing 80 since August? Either way, that's AWESOME! Your family and friends have got to be amazed! I just lost 20 pounds and everyone I know is all excited.

Ive worked really hard. And ive started since August too. When I do the videos I reapet the video again for and extra burn.

I don't feel the burn in my abs while doing the standing portion of this work out. I do feel it in my arms and legs though. The ground portion of this routine targets my abs much better. I hate when he says ONE MORE TIME because it never really is the last time but I guess that extra push is needed.

DAAMMMN. Congrats to you tink0pink! I just lost 20 since August. How long did it take for you to hit the 80 pound mark? I really like the DVD's too! I'm glad that you are reaching your goal!

Hello, ziberteck, YES This work out does wonders for your abs. I workout to this one 5 days a week, no more love handles! I lost 20 pounds doing tae-bo since August! I have 12 different Tae bo DVD's I switch them around for different days, you know, for a variety-and to work different parts of the body.

Dose this work well for abs? i know his other work outs are good for weight loss but how about for ab work outs? sit ups don't work for crap.

be careful what you buy to eat. there's an entire inudstry called branding - low fat - no sugar added - no msg - ORGANIC - low sodium you get the point. now 99% of the time, the claim is false or an out and out lie. they'll say low carb or no sugar added but add sugar alcohol, it's the same thing. and organic is a hoax. the fda doesn't have a rule for organic so anyone can put it on. making stuff from scratch is 99% sure option. drink at least 64oz water take a non iron vitamin
