This is a crackle effect that is intentional.

Can you place an online order? If yes, try googling POLYMER CLAY SUPPLIES and you'll find places selling the silver leaf (as well as tons of other cool stuff)! I can't place links in these youtube comments, but try theclaystore or polymerclayexpress. Sorry to take so long to reply. We've been busy moving.

Oh I love how you teach your stuff. So relaxing to watch and so believable! Thanks for taking your time to show us how it really works.

Thanks!!!!!! for your reply, I'm very exited about the information you gaved to me, that page, glass attic, is great!! I just added imediately on my favorites, I hope this information would be useful for other polycraffters that are beginning just like me.... Thanks!!! hope you post soon another video.

That is a great question! I wish I were at home b/c I would run some sheets and measure them for you. Unfortunately I'm away from home for a few weeks. I found a bit of info on the GlassAttic (.com) website. Go there and click on "P" and "pasta machines". On that page click the "Thicknesses & measuring" link. About 5 lines into the section it will address playing card thickness vs. a machine. I hope that helps!

That's a good suggestion, thanks for making it. I've never made napkin ring holders, but I'll add it to the future video list. I'm afraid my videos don't get made very often though. I can't seem to post a link here, so go to HGTV's website and search for "polymer clay napkin rings" and it will give you a few lessons.
