Jball12002, you talk as though a martial art in general is better than another. I've had a lot of experience in various martial arts - and if there is one thing I can tell you, it is that an individual's martial aptitude depends on his or her own physical prowess and training, not on the martial art itself. To say that Shaolin is, in general, better than wrestling, is akin to claiming that certain ideologies are better than others. Christianity > Buddhism? Western medicine > Eastern methods? Hm.

that's Tae Kwon Do, not that karate junk and if this was a fight, not a sport fight, then the shaolin fighter would definately win.
