What was the case about? Do you still have that info?

Otherwise known as the Shine-Dalgarno sequence in prokaryotes and the Kozak sequence in eukarotes, is that correct? I'm still a bit weak on some of my terminology.

GOod vid, but if its meant to help people it should give a short description of what certain things do, instead of using a purely visual medium.

I think RBS is the ribosome-binding site. This is the area of mRNA where the smaller ribosomal subunit(30S in prokaryotes) binds in order to start translation. After the RBS and the first place where a start codon appears (AUG) translation generally begins. AUG functions as a start codon ONLY when preceded by an RBS, otherwise it encodes for Methionine.

What does RBS mean? I can't find the definition anywhere. And how can I download this video for free?

RBS is the Ribosome binding site. I'm not 100% sure but it is after the promoter and before the start codons so this makes sence
