hey if you maxed out evs on a pokemon, can u start battling other pokemon for faster lv ups instead of battling the EV pokemon?

hi zelda i fan of yuo and i got a question is this stat normal ? for the pokemon and lvl they ev trained is the stat what i tell you good ? slaking lvl 40 hp 177 atack 158 defense 86 sp.atk 85 s[.def 66 speed 83 jolteon hp 113 atack 71 defense 53 sp.atk 96 sp.def 82 speed 120 is that good ?

If you go to route 210 there a trainer called ninja boy david and his dustox give you 3 Special Denfense EV's each time you battle, maybe quicker than searching for tentacruel
