btw my bad they do rotate, I wasnt thinking since I dont see that in cornerweighting. but i meant to say that it would hardly even effect the car. especially a stripped one

rotor isnt calculated into rotational mass when you're talking about tires,wheels and cornerweights. If they were so concerned about rotational mass,they would've worried about the piece that connects the rotor to the car. that is what really connects to the wheel. so a rotor is seen as weight added to the actual car,not its wheels and tires I highly doubt you could accurately drive a race car fast without rotor upgrades since they also brake later. proportioning valve wouldnt have done the job

the brake disc/drum rotates with the wheel. brake pads/shoes don't rotate.
