If you cannot access command prompt, you can try to access command.com through following steps: 1. open notepad 2. type: @ECHO off command.com 3. save as command.bat 4. run IF YOU CANNOT ACCESS COMMAND PROMPT OR COMMAND.COM, THIS WILL NOT WORK.
